Bronx Ramada Hotel

The staff at this hotel truly made our stay special—especially Jocelyn and Kim at the front desk, along with Fanny and Rosario in the breakfast room. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. Their dedication to excellent service really stood out!

I stayed at a clean and modern hotel, but unfortunately, they had to assign me a different room than what I originally booked because they were overbooked. The room was nice, though it was a bit noisy during my stay. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the mix-up with the room was a slight disappointment.

A special shoutout to Ms. Carmen from housekeeping - she went above and beyond when I accidentally left behind a precious ring... Thankfully, she found it and returned it to me, which I'm so grateful for! The whole team really made me feel cared for during my visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The whole place has a lovely, fresh scent, and we were delighted to find a cappuccino machine right by the reception—perfect for a morning pick-me-up. Our room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made for a fantastic night's sleep. Best of all, the rates were surprisingly affordable for such great quality. Highly recommend!
